Cancellation Policy

At fastersribe.com, we strive to make our service as flexible and user-friendly as possible. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process for canceling subscriptions or individual orders, as well as the conditions under which cancellations may or may not be permitted.

1. Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active subscription plan, you may cancel it at any time from your account dashboard.

  • Immediate Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.
  • Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default. It is the user’s responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

Note: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

2. One-Time Orders

One-time transcription purchases cannot be canceled once the transcription process has started or completed.

If you submitted a file in error and it has not yet begun processing, please contact our support team immediately at support@fastersribe.com to request a manual cancellation.

3. Canceling Before Service Activation

If you accidentally subscribed or placed an order and no processing has occurred, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team within 1 hour of purchase. We will review your request and, if eligible, cancel the order and issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account on fastersribe.com.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscriptions.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice.
