Refund and Dispute Policy

At fastersribe.com, we are committed to providing reliable and accurate AI-powered transcription services. We value customer satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues fairly and transparently. Please read our refund and dispute policy carefully.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Technical Errors: If a transcription fails to process due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged more than once for the same file or subscription plan.
  • Unsatisfactory Results: If the transcription output is demonstrably inaccurate (e.g., less than 60% accuracy on clear audio) and verified by our support team within 3 days of delivery.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Transcriptions with poor audio quality (background noise, multiple speakers, low volume, etc.)
  • Incorrect formatting or speaker labels caused by unclear input
  • User errors (e.g., uploading the wrong file)
  • Files over the allowed size/time limit (as defined in your selected plan)
  • Subscription fees after the renewal date unless canceled in advance

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@fasterscribe.com with the following:

  • Order ID or transaction number
  • File name and upload date
  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the issue by:

  1. Emailing support@fastersribe.com with subject: Dispute Request – [Order ID]
  2. Providing full details, including correspondence and proof of the issue

We will conduct a secondary review and provide a resolution within 5–7 business days.


5. Chargebacks

We encourage all users to contact us before initiating a chargeback through their bank or credit card provider. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent denial of service access.
